Responsible for making B2B outbound calls to specifically targeted prospect clients in a business to business environment.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The successful Telemarketers will have the following abilities and experience:
• Ideally 12 months experience of B2B outgoing telemarketing or telesales.
• A good telephone manner and excellent communicating skills.
• The ability to think on their feet and overcome objections.
• Show enthusiasm and intelligence over the phone.
• Be self motivated and confident.
• Resilient and the ability to treat every call like the first.
• Build relationships quickly with all levels of decision maker.
• Competent with using the internet.
• Good time manager to handle own pipeline.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in new business development, telesales, telemarketing, or other telephone based sales to work alongside our sales director to create and build a substantial client portfolio. The role will be outbound calling to potential customers to book appointments for a range of businesses from SME’s to Blue Chip organisations. Any opportunity to be harnessed to ensure business development for the client.
